One individual may be offered the Joshua Home subject to verification of eligibility requirements.

The verified winner selected for a Joshua Home award may elect to receive a one-time alternative Cash Award equal to 50% of the home’s fair market value at closing.

Firefighters, law enforcement officers, paramedics, EMTs, and certified Search & Rescue personnel.
