One individual may be offered the Taylor Home subject to verification of eligibility requirements.

OR

The verified winner selected for a Taylor Home award may elect to receive a one-time alternative Cash Award equal to 50% of the home’s fair market value at closing.

Eligible participants are individuals ages 20–29, committed to building a strong financial foundation and stable future.

One individual may be offered The Taylor Home
Up to four additional individuals may be offered cash-equivalent appreciation gifts (up to $12,500 each)
