Entering takes a couple of minutes. Pick how many entries you'd like, add your details and confirm. ✓ Eligibility: ages 20–29 at the time of entry and a legal U.S. citizen. When is the drawing?
Each home has its own drawing date, based on when it's completed. We'll announce the official date, time and location at least 30 days ahead on our website and social media. The drawing will be held live at the Taylor and streamed on Facebook and Instagram.
Who can enter?
Legal U.S. citizens aged 20–29 at the time of entry. You don't need to live in Florida. Eligibility is set when you enter, so if you age out before the drawing, your entry still counts. The winner must provide a valid government-issued ID verifying age.
How much is each entry?
Each entry is a $100 suggested minimum donation, with a maximum of 10 entries per person. No donation is necessary to enter — see the Official Rules & Disclosures for the free entry option and full details.
Can I take cash instead of the home?
Yes. The verified winner may elect a one-time cash award equal to 50% of the home's fair market value at closing, as described in the Official Rules.
What are my odds?
Odds depend on the final number of entries received. Each ticket has an equal chance of being selected.
Can I enter another home too?
Yes, if you qualify. For example, a 25-year-old teacher could enter both the Taylor and the Patterson (Educators). Anyone 18+ who is a U.S. citizen can also enter the Nicholas.
