Yes. The verified winner may elect a one-time cash award equal to 50% of the home's fair market value at closing, as described in the Official Rules.
What are my odds?

Can I enter another home too?
Yes, if you qualify. For example, a 25-year-old teacher could enter both the Patterson and the Taylor (Gen Z). Anyone 18+ who is a U.S. citizen can also enter the Nicholas.
