When is the drawing?
The drawing is anticipated in early 2027, subject to the Official Rules. It will be held live at the Nicholas and streamed on our Facebook and Instagram. Follow us for the confirmed date.
Do I need to live in Florida?
No. Any U.S. citizen aged 18 or older is eligible. The winner must provide documentation verifying age and citizenship.
How much is each entry?
Each entry is a $200 suggested minimum donation, with a maximum of 10 entries per person. See the Official Rules & Disclosures for full details.
Can I take cash instead of the home?
Yes. The verified winner may elect a one-time cash award equal to 50% of the home's fair market value at closing, as described in the Official Rules.
What are my odds?
Odds depend on the final number of tickets received. Our goal is 10,000–15,000 tickets, and each ticket has an equal chance of being selected.
